Omar Ramadan

Omar Ramadan is the Co-founder and CEO/CTO of Blockcast. With a strong background in research on distributed wireless networks at UC Berkeley, a master’s degree in machine learning with a focus on fraudulent image detection, Omar was a founding engineer at Endaga, acquired by Facebook Connectivity. There, he developed Magma, an open-source distributed 4G/5G network that is now a Linux Foundation project and the core behind Helium 5G. He also holds patents and has authored specifications for SVTA, C2PA, and IETF.
